I spoke with Mintella who was at the time, rank 1 in Dungeoneering and asked her how much XP per hour she got on average, and this is what she told me:

• With a good team you can achieve upwards of 200,000 XP per hour because of the new Warped floors. Screenshots indicate that you can receive 200k+ XP per Dungeon at a level above 99.
• For any normal player, your XP should range from 70k to 150k XP per hour on 70-99 Dungeoneering.

This now means that once you are over level 99, it is much more possible to achieve that level of 120! The XP somewhat resembles that of thieving; which is quite fast.

What floors do I do?
The floors you complete should be based off your prestige. If you prestige is at 36 for example, you can do 5 complexity, 5 player (5:5) large floors from 30-36. As for floors 1-29, you do something known as rushing. This involves doing the lowest complexity, smallest size floors and rushing through them as quick as you can.

Dungeoneering is really slow, when does it get faster?
Many are asking this question and it has a really simple answer. Not many skills in RuneScape are fast at the beginning, and Dungeoneering is pretty slow. The higher you manage to get your prestige, the more EXP you will get.
